Springpoint was founded in 1916 by a group of Presbyterian ministers who wanted to help provide non-profit housing to senior widows and single women in their congregations throughout New Jersey. Today, Springpoint stands as New Jersey’s leading provider of senior housing and care, serving seniors of all affiliations and economic circumstances.
Springpoint owns and operates 23 senior communities throughout New Jersey. These include five full service retirement communities and 18 affordable housing communities.

Services: Springpoint offers diverse housing choices to meet seniors’ needs and preferences
- Continuing care retirement communities, or CCRCs, offer flexible accommodations designed to meet health and housing needs that can change over time. The CCRC care spectrum encompasses independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing care. These communities also offer housekeeping, meals and activities.
- Affordable housing communities offer private apartments for independent seniors with low or moderate incomes who meet federal income limits.
