Creating Tomorrow’s Leaders

One student experience can lead to a lifetime of commitment and service

Intern Experience:  “Nursing is something I feel I was meant to do. It is so important to me that each patient feels comfortable in his or her own way, and that may mean going the extra mile for them. I hope I never lose my genuine interest in helping people since that is the reason I am so passionate about the profession.”

“I am honored to be able to take my experiences with the Atrium onward in my nursing career. Both the residents and staff have given me an experience of a lifetime. I know that the things I have learned will stay with me for life in my future endeavors as a nurse. Thank you for the opportunity to gain this experience. Your generosity has not gone unnoticed and I will remember it as I move forward in my nursing career.” Lauren Greenwald, Tomorrow’s Leaders Program Nursing Intern, The Atrium at Navesink Harbor

Through our Tomorrow’s Leaders program, we create internships in senior living administration, health care and other key areas for college students and recent graduates. Our interns receive first-hand knowledge of affordable housing, assisted living and continuing care retirement communities, gaining the experience and skills necessary to lead the next generation.

Mentored under the guidance of Springpoint professionals in their field, our interns devote countless hours of time and energy to making a difference in the lives of others. And emerge inspired to improve the lives of America’s fastest-growing population. Your generosity will ensure that Tomorrow’s Leaders gain valuable knowledge that lasts a lifetime.

Make an investment in the future by sponsoring Tomorrow’s Leaders today. Through donations, sponsorships and endowments, with a variety of naming opportunities and gift planning programs, your generosity will have a lasting impact for decades to come.

Intern Experience: "This internship opportunity has been an invaluable experience, teaching me professional nursing skills that will last throughout my career."

"It has been an honor to participate in Springpoint’s Tomorrow’s Leaders Internship Program for these past two years. I have met so many wonderful people, including both staff members and residents, and I have learned so much from them. I am truly grateful for your kindness. I will take this experience and all that I have learned with me throughout my career as an RN.”  Megan Hanna, Tomorrow’s Leaders Program Nursing Intern - Crestwood Manor
